Сняли номер в жаркий день, вощли в него, а кондиционер не работал. Room service отвратительный , звонишь к ним, чтобы они пришли починили кондиционер , а они присылают официанта чтобы принять заказ из ресторана. Хотела искупать ребенка в ванной , а она сломана, и вся вода стала выплескиваться на пол. Но это еще полбеды: уборщица которая пришла чтобы подтереть полы в ванной обвинила нас в том, что мы ее сломали ! И это практически через 20 минут с момента вселения и несмотря на то, что сломанное место уже давно покрыто грязным налетом! Вообщем выселились из номера через 30 минут , потребовали возврат денег и вот уже три недели как их бухгалтер по имени Жамиля обещает их вернуть.

air conditioning didn't work and they would not move us to another room. if you want more than one bath towel you will pay extra. we asked for our money back and walked out. bizarre attitude at the front desk.
